Q: What is the Bateel rewards program?

Bateel reward is our reward program that allows you to collect loyalty points on your purchases and redeem them back on your future purchases. Q: How do I enroll in the rewards program?

In order to enroll in rewards program, you must register an account to use the services and accept the consent to join the loyalty program and earn points.

Q: Will I receive a membership card?

Bateel rewards program is a digital platform. You can download the Bateel loyalty App to start collecting and redeeming points. You will be given unique registration number, card can be stored in digital wallet

Q: How can I download the app?

You can download the Bateel app from the App Store or Google Play then click on the loyalty tab to start your journey.

Q: What’s the value of each point?

1 reward point is equivalent to AED/SAR 1

Q: How do I collect points with the Bateel rewards program?

Bateel staff will ask you to display your Bateel loyalty card/number, they will enter your details in the point of sales (POS) and points will be added in your card automatically by the system.

Q: How can I redeem my points?

Based on the reward points you have collected, you will be able to redeem eligible reward points by just scanning the QR code at counter or provide details to one of our staff members to complete the transaction. Loyalty member can use full or partial points, remaining bill value can be paid by bank card or cash depending upon the total bill.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of points that I can earn?

There is no limit to the number points you can collect

Q: How long are my loyalty points valid for?

Your points will expire by the end of the month after 12 months from the date you collect them.

Q: Will I reach a higher tier if I collect more points?

As defined in the main page/profile, there are 3 tiers system, your spending will decide your tier placement. Please review tier system for better understanding
